Tuition Payment and Refund Policy
For all Academy programs, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The balance is due prior to the program beginning – or at the deadline date as set out for Young Company programs. The second 50% is fully refundable prior to the start of the program. After the start of the program this 50% will be refunded – as a Theatre Orangeville credit - on a prorated basis depending on the number of classes attended. In the event that a participant is unable to attend a class, a make-up class or refund will not be provided.
Theatre Orangeville aims to provide a safe, positive, and welcoming learning environment. Theatre Orangeville reserves the right to refuse admittance to or remove a registrant who prevents our ability to provide such an environment. In this event a refund will not be given.
All classes are subject to sufficient registration. Theatre Orangeville reserves the right to cancel a program if minimum registration in not achieved. A full refund will be issued in the event of a cancellation.
