Randall Ugolini

Randall proudly served on the board of Theatre Orangeville from 2013 to 2025. He joined the TOV family, like many other TOV volunteers before him, through his children who participated in the wonderful TOV youth programs and who appeared on the TOV stage in various productions over the years. He served as Board Chair from January 2021 to 2024 and completed his term as Past-Chair on December 31st, 2025. He currently sits as an advisory member of the board’s Finance Committee.
Randall’s career in education spanned four decades and included teaching at both the secondary and post-secondary levels. He taught internationally as well as domestically in Québec, British Columbia, and Ontario and retired from teaching in May of 2024. However, he is most proud of the twelve years he spent as a full-time stay-at-home dad for his two daughters, Erin and Alex.
Randall enjoys volunteering in his community in a variety of roles and organizations. He lives with his wife, Susan, on their farm in Caledon, Ontario.
