By The Light of a Story

A World Premiere - Romantic Comedy

Madeline Holland is a young widow struggling to pick herself up after the loss of her novelist husband, Rhys.

Her sister-in-law Tammy is doing her best to drag Madeline out of her sweatpants and back into the world, but it’s not until Noah Boyd, a ghostwriter hired to complete Rhys’ best-selling fantasy series, appears on Madeline’s doorstep that things start to get interesting.

Eager to do his writing mentor proud, and determined to protect her husband’s legacy, the pair quickly get acquainted, and suddenly, Madeline finds herself at the crossroads of a new chapter.

What is Theatre for Young Audiences?

We believe theatre is a powerful tool. It dramatizes and contextualizes the world. It invites us to walk in other’s shoes; see the world through their eyes.

All of our Theatre for Young Audiences (TYA) shows are grounded in the Ontario curriculum; they teach, through theatre.

Bonus: we hire educators to create study packages, so your classroom can get the most out of the experience.
