I Am Enough
Presented in Partnership with Theatre Orangeville & Coffee Talk Theatre Productions in Support of Headwaters Health Care Foundation.Â
I Am Enough is a powerful musical theatre experience created and performed by Sherry Garner, an award-winning performer and theatre creator, with musical accompaniment by Leslie Arden. Weaving together song, storytelling, and personal truth, the show invites audiences on an intimate journey through themes of resilience, self-worth, and mental health. The performance is followed by a facilitated panel discussion with local mental health professionals creating space for honest conversation and community connection. Proceeds benefit Headwaters Health Care Foundation, making I Am Enough not just a performance - but a movement.
Please note that the performance contains mature and emotionally resonant themes - we encourage all attendees to practice self-care and come with an open heart.

What is Theatre for Young Audiences?
We believe theatre is a powerful tool. It dramatizes and contextualizes the world. It invites us to walk in other’s shoes; see the world through their eyes.
All of our Theatre for Young Audiences (TYA)Â shows are grounded in the Ontario curriculum; they teach, through theatre.
Bonus: we hire educators to create study packages, so your classroom can get the most out of the experience.
Theatre doesn’t have to break the bank.
