They're Found in Trees

‍They’re Found in Trees is a story about three birdwatchers, or ‘birders’ as they are commonly referred to. William and Mitchell are two middle-aged men who meet every Saturday morning at Fundy National Park in New Brunswick to engage in their birdwatching passion.

On this particular Saturday they have advertised in a ‘birder’ magazine looking for other bird lovers to join their club. The two men figure if they have more members, then they will get a break on the exorbitant $7.50 admission fee to the park.

Enter Paula Bismark. Paula has just split up from her husband and has decided to try ‘birding’ in order to get her mind off of her failed marriage.

What is Theatre for Young Audiences?

We believe theatre is a powerful tool. It dramatizes and contextualizes the world. It invites us to walk in other’s shoes; see the world through their eyes.

All of our Theatre for Young Audiences (TYA) shows are grounded in the Ontario curriculum; they teach, through theatre.

Bonus: we hire educators to create study packages, so your classroom can get the most out of the experience.
